Ultra-fine self-opening cover for newly hatched fish
The Ultra Fine Cradle uses especially thin reclaimed PVC strands to create dense, grass-like shallow habitat. The flexible material moves with waves and current while forming small openings for fry, insects and other tiny freshwater life.

Ready to place and self-weighted
Remove the retaining tie and the unit opens without tools or assembly. Cement is built into Fishiding’s patented base, so no added anchor or ballast is required. Mix Ultra Fine Cradle units with original Cradles and Fortress models to provide different strand widths, openings and heights across a shallow nursery zone.
The reclaimed PVC material was destined for a landfill and provides long-lasting textured surface where algae and periphyton can develop.
