A standing fish habitat tree for water over eight feet deep
Raise dense artificial fish structure off the bottom where shorter cribs leave open water above. The Keeper stands more than six feet tall and opens past eleven feet wide: a protected center for fry, broad shaded branches for crappie, bass and panfish, and more than 125 square feet of reclaimed PVC surface for algae and periphyton.

Will the tree stay upright?
Cement is built into the patented base and the Vertical UpRise design keeps it standing — "you can pull them over with a fish on and they stand right back up," as Steve put it. No separate anchor, weight or ballast is needed.
What do fish do around it?
Sam McAdoo paired Keepers with Stakeouts in eight feet of water, fed 3mm pellets daily, and reported "up to 5 citation bass and 3 citation bluegill this summer right off my dock" — after porcupine balls, bucket structures and brush piles came nowhere close. Willie Johnson's Keeper on Lake of the Ozarks keeps "a few keepers keeping guard" with no snags.
How has the Keeper changed?
Returning customer Greg found the newest units "even taller, fuller and wider than before." Bend the limbs by hand into an abstract profile before placing the finished tree.
Can kids help build it?
Sarah Hanson's children — ages 5, 7 and 10 — bent and installed six for the family dock and now hold contests over who catches more fish on the tree they sank.
